Who do you work with?
I work with busy individuals and families seeking reliable, ongoing support. Clients who value clear communication, structure, and consistency.

What types of services do you offer?
Services include personal assistance, family and home support, business and executive assistance, and virtual administrative support. All services are customizable and based on available hours. If you’re unsure whether a specific service falls within our scope, please feel free to reach out for clarification.

Do you offer in-person and virtual assistance?
Yes. In-person services are available in Boca Raton & surrounding areas, and virtual assistance is available nationwide.

How do your packages work?
Packages are structured by monthly hours, not by specific tasks. All assistance can be completed within any package, subject to available hours and scheduling.

Do you offer hourly or one-time services?
Yes, hourly services are available at a rate of $30 per hour and are offered on a limited basis, subject to availability. A minimum booking of two hours is required.

Do unused hours roll over?
No. Monthly package hours do not roll over unless otherwise stated in writing.

Is there a contract?
Yes. Ongoing services require a signed service agreement and a monthly fee.

How do I get started?
The first step is to book a consultation. This allows us to review your needs, determine the appropriate package, and confirm availability.

How do I schedule services?
Services are scheduled on a personalized basis to ensure each client’s needs are fully understood. Scheduling can be arranged via phone call, email, or text message. During your consultation, we will discuss your specific needs and, if you choose to move forward, preferred days and times can be scheduled at that time as well.

Do you offer childcare, housekeeping, or pet services?
No. Elite Assist For You does not provide childcare, housekeeping, pet care, or 24/7 on-call services. We can coordinate trusted third-party vendors if needed.

What are your business hours?
Standard Business Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. (Excluding evenings, weekends, and holidays)
βRequests outside of standard business hours may be accommodated based on availability and may incur additional fees.

How quickly do you respond?
Response times are typically within 24–48 business hours. Messages received outside of standard business hours will be responded to the next business day, with priority response available for Silver and Gold clients.

Can I change or upgrade my package?
Yes. Packages may be upgraded based on availability. Changes typically take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

How is payment handled?
Monthly fees are billed in advance. One-time or hourly services require payment prior to service.

What are accepted forms of payment?
Accepted forms of payment include major credit and debit cards, check and Zelle. All payments are due in advance unless otherwise stated in writing. There is a service fee of 2.6% - 3.7% + $0.30 for credit/debit card payments.

Is my information kept confidential?
Absolutely. Client confidentiality and discretion are a top priority.

What happens if we’re not a good fit?
If at any point the relationship is not the right fit for either party, services may be discontinued in accordance with the service agreement.
